Contract Conditions:
Each course includes civil liability insurance for the entire duration of the programme and is applied within the guidelines mentioned in the description of each course. The price does not include flights or any changes requested by the student. The deposit paid is deducted from the total price of the contracted programme.
Cancellation Policy:
If the participant who contracts the course, after having made the payment 20 days before the scheduled start date, is unable to attend the course, the amount paid will be refunded, except for the reservation fee.
The refund of the amount paid requires notifying Academia Teba that the participant cannot attend the course at least fifteen days before the scheduled start date. The participant must always provide justification for the cancellation.
Academia Teba reserves the right to immediately cancel any course that has not yet started in the event that there are fewer than seven enrolments. The student enrolled in a cancelled course may request a full refund of payments made, without Academia Teba having to make any other type of compensation. To do so, the student must request, complete, and send an Incident Form to the Secretariat. The refund will be made within 10 working days.
